Person X thinks has a lot of value to add to the event and just became available - There should be a way to express this availability in a transparent way other than just sending an email to support@devcon.org, and let the community decide. Also there should be a way for Devcon to show if any last minute additional speakers/moderators/volunteers are needed for the community to select and vote, or submit recommendations.
