INTRO

The Straton TV Community Hub will be a vibrant, hands-on space at Devconnect where Gaming, AI, Digital Collectibles, Robotics, and Coding converge. By combining the culture of play with the discipline of code and the transformative power of tokenization, this hub creates a unique environment where developers, gamers, educators, and innovators can learn, collaborate, and compete together.

Our mission is to show how Ethereum and Web3 can power new forms of digital ownership and creativity — from gaming assets and NFTs to NFC-enabled fidget toys and robotics — while making coding more open, collaborative, and fun through Vibe Coding.

:hot_beverage: Caffeine Pods: Exclusive stations powered by Caffeine where attendees can try AI-assisted coding and game creation in real time. These pods will showcase just how frictionless it can be to build on Ethereum with the right tools.

With speakers, competitions, mentorship, hackathon projects, AI capsules, livestreaming, fidget toys as NFTs, Vibe Coding labs, and Caffeine Pods, and a final Hack Tank Show hosted live, it will be one of the most dynamic hubs at Devconnect.

Join us for a week of learning, playing, coding, and tokenizing the future. With Caffeine codes and pods, you’ll see just how easy it is to create apps and games that connect directly with Ethereum.

Technical Requirements – Exhibition Stand Setup for the Straton TV Hub

Concept

An open, immersive hub space designed for talks, panels, gaming showcases, and collaborative coding sessions. The stand will blend the feel of a mini-auditorium for 30+ participants with interactive zones for gaming, AI capsules, Caffeine Pods, and collectibles showcases, all livestreamed through Straton TV.

1. Structure & Layout

  • Recommended area: 8m x 6m (48 m²)

  • Main stage zone:

    • Low platform (20 cm) for 2–3 speakers/moderators.

    • Open front for circulation, camera operators, and livestream visibility.

  • Bleacher seating: Modular bleachers for 30 attendees (3–4 levels).

  • Interactive areas:

    • Caffeine Pods Zone (2 pods): enclosed booths for AI + app/game creation (provided by Straton TV).

    • Gaming Zone: 2–3 demo stations with consoles/PCs for Web3 games (provided by Straton TV).

    • Collectibles Display: table/wall stand for fidget toys with NFCs as NFTs.

    • Coffee Bar: service point for attendees. (We already have a provider, but if not feasible due to La Rural restrictions, we understand and will adapt.)

2. Furniture

  • Seating:

    • 30 bleacher seats.

    • 2–3 armchairs + 1 small side table (for fireside chats/panels).

    • 3–4 folding chairs (for additional panelists).

  • Zones:

    • Gaming tables with 2–3 chairs each.

    • Small standing tables for networking.

3. Sound

  • Provided by Straton TV.

  • Includes:

    • Sound system adapted to space.

    • 2 wireless handheld microphones + 1 lapel mic.

    • Dedicated operator for Hack Tank Show + live talks.

4. Streaming

  • Provided by Straton TV.

  • Full coverage of all sessions, panels, competitions, and the Hack Tank Show.

  • Multi-camera setup: stage + audience + interactive areas (Pods, Gaming Zone).

  • Streaming direct to Straton TV channels and saved for post-event distribution.

  • Dedicated team handling production and real-time broadcast.

5. Lighting

  • 2–3 warm LED spotlights focused on the speaker stage.

  • General support lighting for bleachers.

  • Decorative LED strips for Caffeine Pods + Gaming Zone.

  • Optional neon sign: “Play, Code & Tokenize the Future”.

6. Collaboration Tools

  • 1 LED screen or TV (55”–65”) at stage for presentations.

  • Whiteboard/flip chart + markers for vibe coding sessions.

  • Post-its, markers, and co-creation kits for workshops.

  • Optional: projector for immersive visuals during Hack Tank Show.

7. Branding & Atmosphere

  • Branded backdrop behind the stage with Straton TV Hub identity.

  • Side vinyls/banners with partner logos and visual style (gaming + coding + collectibles).

  • Branded covers for Caffeine Pods and Gaming Stations.

  • Decorative carpet and plants for warmth + acoustics.

  • Branded merch corner (stickers, shirts, fidgets).

8. Infrastructure

  • 6–8 power points (stage, pods, gaming zone).

  • Surge-protected strips.

  • Reliable WiFi access (mandatory for live streaming + demo apps).

  • Small side table for laptop/console control during streams.

9. Optional Services

  • Water/coffee station for speakers and guests.

  • Extra monitors at Pods showing real-time coding output.

Note

The Straton TV Hub is a multi-purpose space: part stage, part lab, part playground.

We will cover sound system, streaming, Caffeine Pods, and Gaming Stations ourselves.

We already have a coffee provider, but if this is not feasible due to restrictions at La Rural, we fully understand and will adapt accordingly.

We remain flexible and will adjust requirements to what the event organizers consider most appropriate for the venue.
