Charitable Crypto Community Hub Proposal

Please give a short description of the topic/cause for your Community Hub

The Charitable Crypto Community Hub is a space dedicated to exploring and advancing the use of blockchain technology for social good. 3. Community Ideation Workshops: Facilitated sessions for attendees to brainstorm and develop novel applications of blockchain in philanthropy.
  4. Charity-Crypto Matchmaking: Structured networking sessions connecting charitable organizations with crypto builders to explore potential collaborations.
  5. Impact Games: Fun, community-driven activities demonstrating the potential of crypto in charitable giving, with real donations to causes chosen by participants.
  6. Open Space Discussions: Dedicated times for spontaneous, attendee-led discussions on topics of interest to the charitable crypto community.

Let’s make it happen. Charitable crypto projects may be a good way to onboarding “normal” users who is not interested in speculation and financial investment.

Thank you for putting together this proposal!

General Update on the Process

  • The RFP is open until the end of August.
  • Shortly after this (early first week of September), we will share which Community Hub proposals got accepted and will work with those accepted teams to fine-tune the proposals/hubs and how we can best meet their production requirements.

We’ll keep you updated, should we have any more questions!

Thanks!
