It’s a good idea, I have been using keycard for awhile.
It can be a container for all “sponsored” tokens.
It has NFC, can play with IOTs

The POAP team is very keen on collaborating with this initiative. One idea that comes to mind (no clue about implementation strategies) is to have a special POAP for attendees that have tapped with their Keycard on each corner of the venue, to provide an incentive for people to explore the space and visit the less popular areas as well.
