Title: Showcasing the Web3 Landscape in LATAM on a Big Screen at La Rural
The data showcased will consist of insights from the Web3 LATAM Builders Report (v2).

What do you suggest?
We propose an immersive data screen installation at La Rural that highlights key insights from the first-ever LATAM Web3 Builders Landscape Report (v2 to be launched in November):
- Real-time visuals** of the distribution of builders across LATAM.
- Key insights** into technology adoption, gender gaps, companies landscape, and communities.
- The growth trajectory of the Web3 ecosystem in the region, with a special focus on Ethereum.
Images below are shown for illustration purposes only. Final content shown will be proprietary to LATAM Builders:
The installation will be interactive: the screen will respond to the computer input, allowing visitors to navigate and choose which part of the directory or report to showcase. This flexibility will make the activation a dynamic centerpiece for conversations, networking, press coverage, and social media moments, amplifying both the LATAM Builders report and DevConnect’s visibility.
Motivation & Rationale
- Attendee experience: Turns complex data into clear, interactive visuals, helping attendees quickly grasp the LATAM Web3 landscape and use it as a networking hub.
- Ethereum use case: Highlights how Ethereum drives regional growth, showing real adoption by builders, projects, and communities across LATAM.
Implementation
Experience: Daniela Malqui has managed international events across Italy, Poland, India, Japan, Israel, USA, Perú and more, leading teams of 18+ people. This background ensures the activation will be executed with precision.
Execution plan - Once approved, we will:
- Contact providers and request quotes for the required screen and setup.
- Prepare all technical requirements in advance to ensure a smooth installation.
- Design the content with attendee experience in mind — visuals that invite interaction and photos.
- Integrate networking tools such as QR codes (Telegram groups, company websites, report access) to extend the impact beyond the event.
Operational Requirements & Ownership
- Requirements at DevConnect:
- 6×6 m visible activation space.
- Informal seating (puffs/bean bags) to encourage networking and casual conversations.
- 2×2 m indoor LED screen (16mm pixel pitch).
- Power source and internet access.
- On-site technical support for installation and deinstallation.
- On-site ownership:
LATAM Builders team will operate the installation.
- Our team will be present most of the time on November 17th to interact with attendees, and for several hours on the following days.
- When unattended, the screen will run a loop of visuals, keeping the activation in constant motion and always engaging.
** Some Integration opportunities:**
-
The space could also serve as a meeting point for hubs interested in hosting discussions on specific topics suggested in the Hub Proposals — such as community growth, legal, RWA, women in Web3, and more. LATAM Builders would operate the screen on November 17th, and we can coordinate with hubs to ensure the space is available for their sessions on other days and times.
-
When the installation is not active for interaction, the screen will display a loop of the LATAM Web3 Landscape, keeping it visually engaging at all times.
-
Real-time data: Builders, companies, or communities that join the directory during the event will automatically appear on the big screen.
-
Learning hub: Attendees will be able to explore the ecosystem directly through the computer.
-
Press-friendly: Reporters can manipulate the screen to capture the exact graph or insight they need for their articles.
-
Builder recognition: Builders will see themselves showcased on a large screen — a photo-worthy moment for personal and community pride.
