I feel the Devcon team, is not at all leveraging the existing Web3 community who were very excited when Devcon India was announced. However the way team moved ahead with collaborating with the community is something that has disappointed the local community and eventually sidelining the indian web3 community. No wonder foundation had to cut down the event size from expected 15K attendies to 10K
