Authors of proposals for Belgrade and Milan were not aware that posts can only be edited within some time limit. Although not part of CoC, maybe putting it at the top of CoC will help people from mistakes.
I did the tutorial with the bot and it never mentioned time limits.
Really not sure this should be part of the CoC. Need to find a better place to put it - it is basically a spam protection.

maybe this is also a solution? I could make all location proposal wiki posts - so people can edit and collaborate. Maybe a better solution than a warning?
Looks like a good idea to at least try with the Belgrade and Milan proposals. Maybe the other proposals do not need or want for now.
