A couple of housekeeping things:
Please make sure you have read and understood the rough framework that we operate in for Community Hubs which comes with a few responsibilities and limitations: RFP-5: Community Hubs [CLOSED]
Especially regarding your production needs (" An adaptable space. A space with chairs and possibly a few small tables that we can move around.") I just want to manage your expectations: The Devcon venue only has limited space available for all the amazing things we are planning. Each Community Hub will have roughly a size of 24m². Hence, there will be not so many options to put tables etc. For an idea how it could look like, please have a look at the renderings here in the Community Hub section: https://devcon.org/en/continuous-devcon/
I think it is still do-able, but depending on the content you may want to make your sessions smaller or more adjustable (like mini-workshops).
