SEA Community Hub: impact Protocols

The Impact Protocols Hub will showcase how leading regenerative finance projects—KlimaDAO, Helios, BasinDAO, Toucan, and Ethixhub—are building scalable, blockchain-based solutions that address pressing global challenges such as climate change, energy transitions, regenerative agriculture and ecosystem service assessment. This hub will focus on the power of decentralized protocols to create impactful, regenerative systems that scale across the globe, unlocking new pathways for climate-positive action, and engaging the Devcon community in the future of impact finance.

What We Will Offer to Devcon Attendees:

  1. Interactive Workshops on Global Scalability: Each of the featured projects is building globally scalable protocols that regenerate our natural ecosystems while also offering financial incentives through DeFi. Workshops will delve into how these projects are building foundational frameworks that can be replicated worldwide. Attendees will learn how KlimaDAO’s carbon credit tokenization model, Helios’ renewable energy protocol, BasinDAO’s ecosystem service model and others can scale to new regions and industries.

  2. Expert-Led Discussions on Regenerative Protocols: Thought leaders from KlimaDAO, Helios, BasinDAO, Toucan and or Ethixhub will lead roundtable discussions on how decentralized protocols can create a regenerative economic system. Topics will cover the technical and governance aspects of building systems that are not just economically sustainable but are designed to restore and regenerate ecosystems on a global scale.

  3. Informational Resources: We will provide in-depth digital and physical resources explaining how these protocols function and how they are making measurable, positive environmental impacts. Case studies will demonstrate how each project is scaling globally. It will highlight successful models that can be adopted worldwide.

  4. Office Hours with Protocol Builders: Each day, there will be designated hours for attendees to meet with core team members from each project. This will allow attendees to engage one-on-one with the creators of these scalable protocols, ask technical questions, and explore opportunities for collaboration or integration with their own projects. Attendees can learn first-hand how to contribute to global regenerative systems.

  5. Immersive Displays of Regeneration in Action: We will feature interactive displays that showcase the real-world, global impacts of these protocols. Visuals and data will highlight carbon sequestration, energy regeneration, water resource management, and community governance. Attendees will see in real time how these protocols are positively affecting communities and ecosystems worldwide.

Draft Community Hub Program:

  • Day 1 (9AM-5PM): Scaling Impact: Tokenizing Carbon and Renewable Energy for Global Regeneration
  • Day 2 (9AM-5PM): Building Decentralized Protocols for ecosystem services and Global Ecosystem Restoration
  • Day 3 (9AM-5PM): The Future of Globally Scalable, Regenerative Stablecoins
  • Day 4 (9AM-5PM): Open Office Hours and Final Roundtable: How Blockchain Will Power the Global Regenerative Economy

List of Organizers:

  • Azos: Lead organizer for the event. They have working relations with each org mentioned and will try to get a representative from each.

Equipment/Production Needs:

  • Two large TV screens for live demonstrations and data visualizations
  • Whiteboards for interactive sessions on scaling regenerative protocols
  • Desks and chairs for collaboration and working groups
  • Power outlets for participant laptops
  • Signage and branding materials to reflect the regenerative focus of the hub

Commitment to Devcon Guidelines:
Our hub will strictly follow Devcon’s community-first approach, focusing on education, technical discussions, and collaboration around global regeneration protocols. We will ensure that all activities are accessible and that the space is organized to serve as a dynamic platform for scaling regenerative finance solutions.
