Hello, we would like our proposal, La Antorcha ETH ( The eth torch initiative ), to be the initiative for the Latam Community Hub at Devcon 7. Having the experience of bringing a typical Colombian “chiva” that became the Latam Community Hub at Devcon 6, we want to once again bring something representative of our cultures.
