Introduction
The Enterprise Hub represents a strategic initiative to bridge the gap between the innovative Web3 ecosystem and traditional and Web2 institutions.
Building on the success of the Adoption Hub at DevCon 7, which attracted over 1100 participants to 20 sessions about real-world user adoption, this hub will serve as a dynamic nexus for knowledge exchange, relationship building, and collaborative problem-solving.
The hub will take a step further and function as both an educational catalyst and a practical matchmaking platform, addressing the persistent challenge of Web2 companies, local businesses, and traditional institutions struggling to understand and implement Web3 solutions.
Web3 builders and experts, on the other hand, will be supported in moving from idea → prototype → funding → adoption by putting them in front of institutional partners and maintaining open collaboration channels after the event.
Goals
Primary Objectives:
- Bridge the Web2-Web3 divide: Facilitate meaningful connections between traditional institutions (enterprises, fintechs, businesses, NGOs) and Web3 experts
- Create lasting networks: Establish sustainable relationships that extend beyond the event through structured follow-up programming
- Provide practical education: Showcase the possibilities and opportunities of Ethereum. Deliver accessible educational content tailored to different technical backgrounds.
- Foster local ecosystem growth: Connect international attendees with local companies and the regional blockchain community
Secondary Objectives:
- Showcase real-world Web3 applications and use cases beyond DeFi
- Create reusable educational resources for the broader community
- Establish a model for future community-driven Devconnect programming
- Generate actionable insights through collaborative research and documentation
Audiences
Primary Audiences:
- Web2 Institutions and local companies: Enterprises, fintechs, traditional organizations, and regional businesses seeking to understand and implement Web3 solutions
- Web3 Experts: Developers, designers, marketers, and researchers capable of providing guidance and solutions
- Networks: Individuals running accelerators, grant programs, and other ecosystem development initiatives
Secondary Audiences:
- International Visitors: Devconnect attendees seeking to understand the local ecosystem
- Spanish-speaking Community: Local participants who would benefit from native language programming
- Educational Partners: Curators and educators from various backgrounds seeking to expand their Web3 knowledge
Programming
To maintain a cross-cultural learning environment, all sessions will be aimed at a mixed audience consisting of Web2 institutions and Web3 builders. Some content will be leaning more towards institutions, while other sessions will be more attractive for web3 builders and experts.
Core Sessions
Institutional Engagement
- Problem-space definition, discovery and expert interview sessions
- Web2 Clinic: Web2 institutions present their challenges to discuss what could be improved
- Roundtable discussions pairing enterprises with Web3 experts
- Structured Q&A sessions addressing specific institutional pain points

For reference, here is a list of workshops from the Adoption Hub at Devcon 7 in SEA.
Builder Showcases
- Interactive demos of Dapps and other community-driven initiatives
- On-location prototyping with ScaffoldETH
Field Trip & Research
- Curated visits for web3 builders to local companies and innovation hubs
- Research documentation and insight sharing from these experiences
Educational Components
To facilitate effective knowledge exchange, our approach prioritises participatory programming and async collaboration over presentations and one-to-many showcases.
For example:
- Physical post-it question & answer boards refreshed daily
- Sessions addressing community-submitted questions
- Post-Devconnect online collaboration and support
Async Knowledge Exchange
- Networking opportunities with the regional blockchain ecosystem
Multi-Format Learning Materials
- Video recordings and transcripts for asynchronous consumption
- Interactive wall spaces with QR codes linking to deeper resources
Language Accessibility
- Select sessions offered in Spanish to engage the local community
- Recorded sessions with multilingual transcription
Long-term Engagement
Cohort-Based Programming
- Post-event online sessions for continued collaboration
- Quarterly check-ins to maintain relationships between participants and track progress
- Specialized tracks based on identified expertise areas and needs
Resource Library
- Collaborative collection of tools and materials from all participants
- Gamified note-taking with awards for best session documentation
- Digitized resources with QR code integration for ongoing access
Production requirements
